  • How can I make a reservation?

    You can make a reservation through our website or by contacting us at nextasea@outlook.com

  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    Yes, the minimum stay requirement is 3 nights.

  • How much is due when confirming a reservation?

    A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due one month prior to arrival.

  • How do I get to Casa Nex Ta Sea from the Airport?

    You will first fly into Belize City and then either catch a water taxi, ferry or sea plane (puddle jumper) to San Pedro. Our recommendation is to fly over the island instead of water transportation. The two carriers are Tropic or Mayan Air. 


    We provide transportation from San Pedro Airport to Casa Nex Ta Sea. Our team will be there to greet you upon arrival and upon your departure we will provide transportation to the island. 

  • What travel documents do I need to visit Belize?

    International travelers must have a valid passport. Depending on your nationality, a visa may also be required. Please check with the Belizean embassy or consulate in your country for specific entry requirements.

  • Can I host an event at the property?

    Yes, events are allowed at the property. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the event and other factors such as duration, number of guests, and specific requirements.

  • What is included in the all-inclusive package?

    Our all-inclusive package includes accommodation, meals, beverages (including local alcoholic drinks), full-time staff consisting of chef, boat captain, boat, wave runners, tour guide, housekeeping, bartender and butler. All airport transfers, and a selection of activities ranging from fishing, snorkeling, diving,  spearfishing, lobster hunting (seasonal), Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, feeding stingrays, manatees, dolphin watching, island hopping and much more!   • What's not included in the package?

    Gas for wave runners, boat and tips for staff and fees for some activities is not included in the package.


  • How can we pay for gas and tips for the staff?

    Gas: Guests may pay for gas using cash or credit card.


    Staff Gratuity: Tips for our staff may be given in cash or sent via Venmo. If sent electronically, we will ensure it is added directly to their paycheck. A gratuity of 10–20% of the total trip cost is customary and greatly appreciated.

  • What languages are spoken at Casa Nex Ta Sea?

    Our staff is fluent in English and Spanish.

  • What is the Check-in and Check-out time?

    Check-In: 4:00 PM

    Check-Out: 10 AM

  • What is your booking policy?

    Regarding our booking policy, a 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Should your plans change, this deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future stay, offering flexibility and peace of mind. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the stay, a small portion (20%) of the total booking is retained, while the remainder can still be applied as a credit toward a future reservation.

  • Activities & Excursions – What’s included, and is equipment provided?

    At Casa Nex Ta Sea, guests can enjoy a variety of activities including snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, guided tours, and more. For a full list of experiences available during your stay, please visit our "things to do" page.


    Most activities and excursions are included as part of your stay. The only exceptions are mainland tours, which can be arranged separately. 


    For more details or personalized recommendations, simply speak with Steven, our property manager.


    We also provide all necessary equipment for activities such as fishing, snorkeling, and other water adventures, the only items we recommend bringing are your own sunblock and bug spray.

  • How far is Secret Beach from your property?

    Secret Beach is located just 1 mile south of the property, approximately a 5-minute drive away.

  • Do I need any vaccinations before traveling to Belize?

    It is advisable to check with your healthcare provider or the World Health Organization for the recommended vaccinations before traveling to Belize.

  • How do we choose what we want to do, eat and drink?

    One week prior to your arrival, we will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete. This will help us learn more about your trip preferences, desired activities, dietary restrictions, food allergies, beverage preferences, flight details, and group information. Based on your responses, we will thoughtfully curate and personalize your experience to ensure your trip is tailored to your needs.

  • Do you provide amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water?

    Yes, all of our accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water for your comfort. As our property operates off-grid, we have reliable backup systems in place to ensure the home remains fully functional throughout your stay.


    We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of energy and water consumption during their visit, as sustainability is an important part of our experience.

  • Are the rooms equipped with a safe?

    No, individual rooms are not equipped with safes. However, for your convenience and peace of mind, two safes are located within the home and are available for all guests to use during their stay.

  • Do you have paddleboards, kayaks, or a small sailing boat, and do you provide life jackets?

    Yes, guests are welcome to enjoy our paddleboards, kayaks, and small sailing boat during their stay. Prior to use, our property manager will provide instructions, and adult supervision is required at all times.


    We also provide life jackets for guest use. However, if you are traveling with a smaller child and would like to ensure the best fit and comfort, we recommend bringing your own child-sized life jacket.

  • Food & Dining – What meals are included, can dietary preferences be accommodated, and are guests able to dine off property?

    Our all-inclusive package includes three freshly prepared meals daily- breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with two snacks and dessert, featuring a thoughtful blend of local flavors and international cuisine.


    We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and personal food preferences. Please share any special requirements with us in advance, and our chef will do their best to tailor your dining experience accordingly.


    And of course, if you would like to venture off property and explore local restaurants, you are more than welcome to- it’s your vacation, and we want you to enjoy it your way.
