The team that managed the property and the experience were amazing, professional and incredibly helpful for every detail of our stay. The chef even provided decorations for my birthday party! It was even my favorite color and she didn't know that... so it was perfect!

This property is so amazing that it will make packing easy... all you need is a swimsuit. The chef's food is incredible so you'll eat really well.... just prepare to return home with wonderful memories and a few pounds!

The beds are DELUXE... so comfy - soft sheets. You only sleep in there but hey... it's paradise after a day of paradise. We slept 9 people very comfortably... although whoever is in master will need to be prepared to share the bathroom with the house when booked by a large party.

Be warned that if you're prone to mosquito bites you need to spray down at the airport. The ride to paradise takes you through beautiful undeveloped areas that tend to have the swarm of mosquitos... or maybe sand flies. Just prepare!

You will not be disappointed... this place is totally worth it and I can't wait to go back!! It is now the whole reason I have a job!

I wanted to take a moment to reach out and share just how impressed we were with the entire team at Casa Next ta Sea on our trip. 

First and foremost, Steven is an absolute gem. He wears a lot of hats, and he anticipates needs before they even arise. Whether mixing the perfect cocktail, arranging activities, or just ensuring everything runs smoothly, his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. He’s the kind of person who elevates the entire experience without ever making a fuss.

Junior navigated with such confidence and care, sharing insights about the waters and local spots that added so much to the outings. His enthusiasm for the job and commitment to safety made every trip on the water relaxing and exciting. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows.

In the kitchen, Andy and Amin are awesome! Every meal was a treat with fresh, and flavorful ingredients, beautifully presented, and perfectly tailored to our preferences, including accommodations for a gluten free guest.

There aren’t enough stars here to rate just how amazing of an experience a stay at Casa Next Ta Sea truly is!

From the moment we met Steven and the rest of the staff we knew we were in for a trip of a lifetime!

Everything about our stay was top notch! Property itself is fabulous with luxurious amenities, but what really makes it magical is the team that curates an 5 star plus experience.

Steven did everything he could to ensure our every desire was met! He worked seamless with the rest of the team to deliver a vacation of a lifetime.

Let’s talk about the food from Andy and Amin…every meal was absolutely delicious and homemade with top level chef quality. They were personable, accommodating to dietary restrictions and so pleasant to our entire party…especially our children!

We had fantastic excursions on the boat with Junior and Steven. Fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpons and pure bliss on the clear blue waters. Their knowledge of the waters and sea life were incredible.

We can’t stop thinking about this trip and when we can return there again!

Top to bottom this place is first class. The home is INCREDIBLE … set on a large lot with 150 or so feet of beach front.

The staff is amazing. The food with their private chef is insanely good. Amazing boat captain. 

The whole experience was really really awesome. Would go again in a heartbeat!

I couldn’t have imagined a better vacation. This place is magical. The staff that became friends , how attentive everyone was.

The boating , the fishing , the memories made at this location. It’s now a forever place where we plan on coming back at least once a year. The food was absolutely amazing ! Not enough words to describe , but if you’re thinking about booking , stop thinking and just do it !

You won’t regret it ! Best trip ever !

If you go to San Pedro you would be insane not to stay here!

The property and house is beautiful and the staff is beyond amazing! We stayed here with a group of 9 for a bachelorette party the experience exceeded all of our expectations!!!

We had the time of our lives and made some new friends along the way!

The food & drinks were so delicious, the quality felt like we were dining at a fine dining restaurant, the accommodations put forth by the entire staff made us feel like royalty and we felt extremely safe and taken care of while we were here! I can not recommend this place highly enough!

The only downside was that eventually we had to go home:( just got home yesterday and already planning on going back as soon as possible!
