Top to bottom this place is first class. The home is INCREDIBLE … set on a large lot with 150 or so feet of beach front. The staff is amazing. The food with their private chef is insanely good. Amazing boat captain.

The staff was amazing and would definitely say if your on the fence of doing at all inclusive or not definitely do the all inclusive it is worth every penny! The memories our friends and family made us so amazing! We have definitely made a new set of family with the staff . Everything ran so smooth from the moment we talked with Jason ! I couldn’t have imagined a better vacation. This place is magical. The staff that became friends , how attentive everyone was. The boating , the fishing , the memories made at this location. It’s now a forever place where we plan on coming back at least once a year. The food was absolutely amazing ! Not enough words to describe , but if you’re thinking about booking , stop thinking and just do it ! You won’t regret it ! Best trip ever !

I would highly recommend staying here. Jason, his staff and the property are all amazing. The pictures don’t do justice to just how beautiful and secluded the property is. Having Brian as our boat captain was an added bonus. He and his crew brought us to all of the hot spots and really added to the level of fun we experienced. Chef Manuel had our bellies full with an unbelievable assortment of top notch dining. The house was always clean and had all of the necessary amenities one would need while on vacation. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our time here. Mother Nature threw a little curve ball our way, but Jason was extremely communicative and went out of his way to try and make things up to me and my guests. His actions truly speak to the kind of person he is and proved to me that he has his renters best interest at heart. I honestly can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay while on vacation in San Pedro. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again in the future.

If you go to San Pedro you would be insane not to stay here! The property and house is beautiful and the staff is beyond amazing! We stayed here with a group of 9 for a bachelorette party the experience exceeded all of our expectations!!! We had the time of our lives and made some new friends along the way! The food & drinks were so delicious, the quality felt like we were dining at a fine dining restaurant, the accommodations put forth by the entire staff made us feel like royalty and we felt extremely safe and taken care of while we were here! I can not recommend this place highly enough! The only downside was that eventually we had to go home:( just got home yesterday and already planning on going back as soon as possible

This was by far the best family vacation our family has ever taken and that's saying a LOT! We love to vacation as a family, and always have a good time, but the all inclusive package took it to the next level. My dad always ends up cooking for everyone and to give him the week off let him really truly relax like no other vacation he has been on. The house was gorgeous and comfortably fit our group of 10. We came away with some design ideas for our own homes :) We spent a lot of time on the boat with Brian and Andy...they knew EVERYTHING about the island and kept us laughing the whole time! (We gave them a few laughs as well). They had great ideas of things to do everyday, and tailored everything to what we really wanted to get out of this vacation. Nerisa's food every day was AMAZING, we are already missing her cooking (wish we took some lessons from her), and my brother who isn't even a "foody" was looking forward to each meal. Anna was always smiling and laughing with us along with making us some amazing drinks! When we ran out of idea's her "Surprise us" drinks never disappointed. Yuri did an amazing job keeping up with the house while we were out on the boat or off on other adventures, it was so nice to come back to a clean house and dinner every afternoon/evening! Again something most of us usually try to keep up, even on vacation, which made this another great experience for us. Kevin was there to help with anything and everything and was so much fun to be around! He greeted us every morning with a big smile and amazing energy to help us start our day. His jokes kept us laughing and he was such a good sport for many of our jokes. They all treated us as family and we enjoyed hanging out with them as much as each other and couldn't have had these experiences without each and every one of them. We are already planning our trip back and cant wait for next time!!

Incredible location, home, staff, and experience!! It's hard to put into words how amazing our stay was at Casa Nex Ta Sea, but I will try. First off, the staff is amazing - they are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made our experience top notch. Brian coordinated all aspects of our trip and took us on a different boat adventure every day. We fished, snorkeled, swam with sharks, fed tarpon, stopped at fun restaurants, saw dolphins and sting rays. Andy and Kevin helped out so much and also entertained our kids. Narissa is an incredible chef and made us fantastic meals. Yuri had the house spotless every day and even did our laundry. The home and location is even better than the pictures. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back! Jason, the owner, is very responsive and answered all our questions. We had the best time and can't wait to get back to Casa Nex Ta Sea!

The team that managed the property and the experience were amazing, professional and incredibly helpful for every detail of our stay. The chef even provided decorations for my birthday party! It was even my favorite color and she didn't know that... so it was perfect! A huge thanks to Brian, Yuri, Narissa, Kevin and James!!!

We had a fabulous week at Casa Nex Ta Sea, already planning a return trip. The house was in a perfect location and very private. The lagoon located around the corner from the house was home to some very large bonefish and we were able to check off a bucket list item in fooling several to eat fly's, so incredible! The kayak ride to the lagoon at sunrise was worth the trip but then to actually find hungry bonefish was just icing on the cake. The staff were amazing and is what truly pushed the trip well past 5 stars! Thank you to Brian for being a great host, he was under the weather about half of the week we were there but still worked his butt off to make sure we had a great time despite him not feeling well at all. Nerisa's meals were just unbelievable! My foodie wife was in heaven watching her come up with her meals. Our deck hand Andy made us feel like we had a celebrity on the boat lol, everywhere we went people would yell out "ANDY" as we passed by, he made sure we always had a cold beverage in our hands and knew the history behind everywhere we explored. Then there is Kevin, what an awesome young man, he was always there to take care of us! He was our tour guide when we explored San Pedro and Caye Caulker, he was always there in case we needed anything. Also, Fun Fact: Turns out Kevin makes the best Pina Colada in the world 🙂 The entire trip is one we will never forget and we can't wait to visit again!

WOW. Words cannot explain the level of perfection of our stay. So clean, immaculately decorated, professional and knowledgeable host. The house is one of the most perfect Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in- that says a lot myself being a super host on Airbnb. But the real part of this house you need to book is the all inclusive. Brian, Dion,Patito, Kevin and Yuri are the real magicians. From 5 star restaurant style cuisine to feeling like a true local that will defend and protect you to the end. Golf carts, boat rides, fishing, drinking and all activities handled and planned for you. Book this house with all inclusive NOW before you regret it forever!!

We did an adults only birthday trip for my wife and we can't enough good things about this house and the staff. From the moment we arrived at the airport, Brian had everything lined up. We took the boat to the house where Yuri and Latrica had wonderful food waiting. Kevin kept the drinks flowing like water the whole time and Andy and Papito helped on the boats. We did fishing and diving one day, swam with sharks and turtles one day and just drove around and fished a little one day. The other times we were at the house enjoying the pool and ocean activities. The food was awesome but not to be outdone by the staff. Good times all around. Jason the owner has built a very special place here and I hope more people get to enjoy it!

General Information
- What is included in the all-inclusive package? Our all-inclusive package includes accommodation, meals, beverages (including local alcoholic drinks), full-time staff consisting of chef, boat captain, boat, wave runners, tour guide, housekeeping, bartender and butler. All airport transfers, and a selection of activities ranging from fishing, snorkeling, diving, spearfishing, lobster hunting (seasonal), Hol Chan, Shark Ray Alley, feeding stingrays, manatees, dolphin watching, island hopping and much more!. Please refer to our things to do page for more information.
- What's not included in the package? Gas for wave runners, boat and tips for staff.
- How can we pay for gas? Cash or credit cards
- How do we pay for tips for the staff and how much is standard? Cash or you can Venmo us and we will add to their paycheck. 10-20% of trip total is standard.
- What languages are spoken at Casa Nex Ta Sea? Our staff is fluent in English and Spanish.
Booking and Reservations
- How do we choose what we want to do, eat and drink? One week before arrival, we’ll send a questionnaire for you to answer questions about your trip, details, activities, food allergies, food preferences and any other details concerning your flight details and group details. We will cater to those answers.
- Do you have a playpen for smaller children? Yes, but we do not have a highchair.
- If we wanted to put a blow up mattress in the living room for little more privacy than in bunkroom can we? Absolutely, we will provide you with one to use.
Accommodation
- What type of accommodations do you offer? Private home (2500 Sqft.) 3 bedrooms and 3 baths consisting of 2 beach side rooms with 1 queen and 1 king with private bathroom, 1 bunk room capable of sleeping 6 people or two couples with private bathroom. Exterior: patio, pool, outdoor shower, palapa and private beach.
- Do you provide amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water? Yes, all our accommodations come with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water facilities. We are off grid, we have back up systems in place to ensure fully functional home. Please be mindful of energy and water consumption while being a guest.
- Are the rooms equipped with a safe? No. There are two safes located in the home for guests use.
- Can you snorkel and fish from the property? Yes, we have tons of fish under the dock to snorkel and see or catch.
- Do you have paddleboard, kayaks, small sailing boat? Yes you are welcome to use them with instructions from property manager and adult supervision.
- Do you provide lifejackets? Yes, however if you have a smaller child and want to be sure then we suggest you bring your own.
Food and Dining
- What kind of meals are included in the all-inclusive package? Our all-inclusive package includes three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and two snacks and dessert featuring a mix of local and international cuisine.
- Do you cater to special dietary requirements? Yes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences in advance, and our chef will do their best to accommodate your needs.
- Can we venture off property to eat at a local restaurant? Yes, of course. It’s your vacation.
Activities and Excursions
- What activities are available at Casa Nex Ta Sea? We offer a variety of activities, such as snorkeling, kayaking, guided tours, and more. Check our website for a full list of available activities.
- Are off-site excursions included in the package? Everything is included except mainland tours. Ask Steven, our property manager for details.
- How far is Secret Beach from your property? 1 mile south, about 5 minutes away.
- Do you provide all the equipment to fish, snorkel and other activities? Yes, we provide everything for your trip except sunblock and bug spray.
Traveling to Belize
- Do I need any vaccinations before traveling to Belize? It is advisable to check with your healthcare provider or the World Health Organization for the recommended vaccinations before traveling to Belize.
